NYSEC Virtual Professional Learning Series for 2021-2022:
Understanding Diversity: Building Trust, Culture and Reflective Practice

While we are anxious to see everyone together in person again, we are going to stay virtual for the 2021-2022 school year and return in-person to the Albany Marriott in October 2022.

In lieu of an in-person conference, NYSEC has planned a slate of monthly virtual workshops around culturally diverse pedagogy and anti-racist teaching based on the needs and wants of our membership. In the long tradition of the NYSEC conference, these workshops will provide our members with hands-on, practical strategies and activities that they can use in their classrooms to enhance instruction for students.

Our virtual professional learning series: Understanding Diversity: Building Trust, Culture, and Reflective Practice will kick off on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 9am with Nic Stone.

These events will be FREE TO NYSEC MEMBERS.

You must be a current NYSEC member to attend this session.
