Register for the Conference

Registration Info

Full conference registrations include Wednesday pre-conference events, all workshops, keynotes, and other sessions, and breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Individual day registrations include all workshops, keynotes, and sessions and meals on that day, including the Awards ceremony and closing luncheon on Friday.

Groups of 10 or more registrants from a single school or district will be eligible for a discount.

CTLE
Registrants may earn up to 12 CTLE hours by attending the full conference or 6 hours by attending a single day. CTLE forms will be emailed to registrants about a week after the conference concludes.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made by email to nysec@nysecteach.org no later than Friday, October 24, 2025, and will be considered on a case by case basis.

No refunds will be made after this date. All refund requests will be subject to a $25 processing fee and will be made in the same manner payment was made.

Online registrations are confirmed immediately by email. Check your email and spam folder. If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please contact us
